As a new small business owner I encountered several challenges right in the beginning of my venture, and one, and I may say probably the biggest one, was bookkeeping. I'm not calling it a challenge because I didn't know what to do, but I didn't feel very comfortable doing it. As a result I just started making piles. When it seemed like piles were getting out of hand, I would organize by putting those piles into file folders, so now I had files instead of piles. Soon I realized I was doing the same thing, I was just replacing a "p" with an "f" and wasting my time in my own mess...
I needed to get ORGANIZED, but could not afford a bookkeeper to do it for me. And then I met YOU when you introduced your QuickBooks workshop for small business owners to me... and viola - I discovered several things. One of those things is that life is easy if you know the right people. You and your team showed me how to toss all my frustrations, confusion, insecurities and uncertainties about keeping books and being in charge of my business finances, out the window!
Taking your QB class was a great experience for me. Your easy to follow teaching style, flexibility and ability to answer all the questions specific to MY business made it very interesting, while I learned by inputting my own information and creating my own "real" files have made it very productive.
I feel great about being in control by doing my own books, and if I ever have a question, you're right there, just a phone call away.
I wanted to thank you for being there for me, for teaching me how to be a better, smarter business owner and for enabling me to overcome my fears of keeping my own books.
